I’ve noticed in some cases the file browser doesn’t show the files within a folder when that folder is expanded. Navigating inside that folder shows the files and when I navigate back the files are visible again.

When it happens, please try to collapse and expand the folder again, to see if that reloads the content.

I’ve had the same issue. Toggling the folder does not fix the issue, only clicking on the folder and navigating back fixes the issue.

Already tried that, does not help. Normally I would just think this is a glitch and not bother, but it has happened a few times now (a few times before a reported the issue, but not since I did report it).

When this happens, another way to get the files to reappear is to select one of them with ⌘T. This assumes you know the name of one of the missing files, and you have “Keep current document selected” enabled, but it works.

Not quite. Some of the git commands will not work. If one of those files that wasn’t visible before is selected and you run the “Show Uncommitted Changes” command it will report that nothing has changed, even though it has.
