Hi,
I am a big fan of the Sunburst theme (thanks Soryu). I like it because it has a black background with lots of contrast and a crisp feel to it. I really hate white backgrounds for editing.
So it spoils the editing experience a little then the way the drawer stands so starkly "black on white" right next to my editing surface.
Would it be possible to include styling of the drawer (and maybe other TxMt elements such as the tab bar) in a Theme?
Regards,
Matt

i have a gut feeling adding styling of the drawer might do Allan's head in for relatively little benefit. However being able to choose (on/off) a dark or light styled drawer would prolly satisfy the 80/20 rule.
where's the sunburst theme?
cheers, David

Indeed -- the drawer does however consist of system components (mainly the outline view) which use colors not easily settable by me.
If any (Cocoa) hacker feels like giving it a shot (to tamper with the NSOutlineView to give it a dark look), I welcome code contributions, but it's not an area where I'll spend resources myself (ATM).

Just being able to set the drawer to white text on a black background would be an improvement. Unfortunately I have no Cocoa knowledge.
It would be great if someone could hack this up though.

I don't think this is what you're talking about. But, anyone can mess around in the .nib files if they have Interface Builder installed.

Allan, you've just been remixed.
cheers, David
