Do anyone know the way to make title bar show the path of the file, I have lots of files with same names and need to detect which of them I have opened

No, just displaying the document title is default OS behaviour. But see http://ciaranwal.sh/2007/11/27/textmate-tip-where-am-i for tips on how to deal with the issue.
