I came across this issue this morning. I was trying to duplicate a file in the sidebar, but each time (I tried three times just to be sure it wasn't a fluke), TM crashed with the following report:
http://pastie.textmate.org/private/k0q4vwumsm6zpfdchbg3mq
I am running TM 2 rev. 9090 on OS X 10.7.3
I think this was a known issue, and is fixed in 9113?
From the release notes:
"Fix file browser crash when duplicating files which had a suffix one character longer than the base name."
David.
