When I try and post an article to my new blog with the blogging bundle, I get the following error:
xmlrpc is enabled on the blog and if I go to the URL I have in the setup manually, it just complains that I havn't used POST, which is understandable.
Any ideas?

Try enable full logging, see http://wiki.macromates.com/Blogging/WordPress
I think I had updated to 2.8.1 last time I posted something, so should work.
