I just returned and saw this myself. That's a VERY bad idea. I'm not sure why it got there (I did _not_ post it myself).
I have written the MacUpdate staff and asked why it got there.

In case I didn't make myself clear, I knew you didn't post it yourself. Sorry for the weird way of writing this.
I know not all software on MU are posted by their authors, so they probably posted it themselves or some user asked them to. Bad idea anyway.

Don't expect to get very far, I've seen MU/VT ignore a devs wishes when it comes to what to posting pre-release files. They generally feel that having more posts is better than having them all working.
