Thanks for posting how to fix all the other issues with Snow Leopard, but I haven't seen anything about master files in Latex mode. So, I have my latex file split up in several files and on top of each separate file I have; !TEX root = [...]thesis.tex And under Snow leopard, textmate seems to be ignoring that line (i.e. compiling with or without that line gives me the same error)

The issues with SL and LaTeX are documented here:

You need to remove the tm_interactive_input.dylib.
You may also have some problems with TeXLive and SL, these issues are documented here:
