I checked out the Bundles repository to User/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles after I restarted TM and tried to typset my latex document I get the following error message:

You need to also check out the global Support directory (it should end up living under ...../TextMate/Support.

To avoid problems with your PATH variable, you should Option+Click the “Check for updates” button in TextMate's Software update preference pane.
