A couple of ideas here:

Simulate a command + up arrow keypress, with Applescript or other.

or

open a url;   txmt://open/?url=file://[YOUR  PATH HERE]&line=0

From the command line its just

open txmt://open/?url=file://[YOUR  PATH HERE]&line=0
