Do this:
* Start up TextMate 2.
* Close all open windows.
* Open the Bundle Editor.
Now create a new empty file (e.g. to code some ruby). You can't.
The reason seems to be that the Bundle Editor has "stolen" the meaning of File > New (Command-N). This is Just Wrong (tm, pat. pend.). Please give the making of new bundle things a different command and a different keyboard shortcut. m.
