Is there a way to have larger fonts for some parts of a scope, e.g., headers in Markdown similar to how SubEthaEdit works?

It seems you can change the font-size using command++/- though. I only wish that font-sizes over 9 automatically turned on anti- aliasing since I usually use monaco 9 without anti-aliasing but sometimes want to switch to monaco 12 WITH anti-aliasing.

You can achieve that by setting the "turn off text smoothing for font sizes [x] and smaller" to 9 in the Appearance panel of the System Preferences. But it's for the all OS then...
