I'm assuming somebody else has noticed. But calling it out anyway. Saving via command s no longer works in the bundle editor window. Saving does work via the File menu.
Works fine for me... m.

Yup same here, I can't add any new commands to a bundle in the bundle editor window. Is it a bug or user error?
In case of a user error, how can I add commands to a bundle?

It all works fine for me. — Oh, but maybe the difference is what version of TextMate we're using. I'm at TextMate version 2.0-beta.9.2, which works fine. Perhaps you're downloading nightly releases? If so, I should keep my mouth shut, as I don't do that. I should stay out of the way! Sorry about that. m.

Since the menu item works, it would indicate that something has “stolen” ⌘S.
In the bundle editor, try Bundles → Select Bundle Item… (⌃⌘T).
Then switch to Key Equivalent via the gear menu (⌘2).
Now press ⌘S and see if it is registered in this window, and if so, what action it resolves to.
