as i'm beginning to use textmate for more and more of my daily work, i'm also discovering more and more features i'd like to see implemented ;-)
so, for the record: i'd love to see the project drawer display the label colors that i've assigned via the finder for a file.

well, each color can have it's own text label (default is the color name, i.e. 'Red') which some folks like to change to more meaningful stuff such as 'Important'.
however, the 'cool' thing about labels is the color bit, because it's instantly recognizable.
so yeah, while there is a text component, i don't think it would be necessary to support it - just the colors.

Not being a fan/user of the Finder labels I would rather see the Project Drawer being able to display SVN status through coloured labels, but I guess that's on the ToDo list already. The ideal would be for both options being supported.

ack. imho, it doesn't make much sense to show the svn-status exclusively via color (that simply *cannot* be intuitive) but rather with symbols.
it might be worthwhile to consider using SCPlugins[1] Finder symbols...
