Sad, that this year my TM didn't switch to Halloween-mode - I really liked it :)

You can always copy the resources from last year's version into your current TM. :)
Who can blame him?
The back lash he received from <Serious editing happening here> ... some ... people was severe enough that I certainly wouldn't blame him for not ever taking that kind of risk again.
Pity, too, I thought it was a fun hack. I still ahve that theme & icon set enabled on my old Powerbook G4 :)

I remember only that a lot of people really liked it

Yp - unfortunately nothing similar happened in between and this year even no Halloween :(

Heh… yeah, overall it was great, and the nut-reactions just added to the fun :)
I was surprised by the many who expected a halloween theme as a recurring thing, someone even wrote me a week ago to tell that he had set his clock forward in anticipation of the theme, so it seems we definitely should make it a recurring thing, I guess we really need a seasons folder with themes for all the seasons :)

That would be cool :)

YES!!!
I too was anxiously anticipating the theme this year :(. It adds a little personality to my all time favorite editor.

Sounds lovely. Can we just make it optional?

No. Allan will force us all to become members of his pagan/satanist pumpkin-worshiping (or in winter, snowflake-worshiping, etc.) death cult. Muaahaahahahaha

Even though I love this idea, I have to say that it should be optional. Maybe something like Adiums way to modify the dock icon and rest of the themeing of the interface of it.

I would love an easy and official way to theme the app. That'd be way way hip.
