I have got something like cannot make FSRef to /tmp/Fugu/txlkjsd.... when I want to edit something in an external editor with this release.

I started using Fugu with this release. Connecting locally to my server and editing using TM working fine.
At the start TM was greyed out in the editor list, but I fixed it, I don't remember how ;)

Just use Cyberduck. It has the best user interface I have seen in an FTP client and integrates with TM flawlessly.
