You have something installed that is not for your architecture (likely a 32 bit thing and you are now running a 64 bit system).
You can delete the “Adobe Unit Types.osax” found in “/Library/ScriptingAdditions” to get rid of the error.
If you need this thing, it seems there is a 64 bit update: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/unit-type-conversion-error-applescript.h...
