Ok... So although the key combo does conflict with 'Save Project As...', I was only seeing a problem because I hadn't selected Rails as the bundle for the file I was editing. Selecting the rails bundle meant that the key combo worked as expected. Sorry for the noise.

Not without good reason and a suggestion for a new (better) key.
