so you should look at the scope of the mis-colored bits ^⌥-P
then 1. fork the themes bundle on github 2. implement a coloring for that scope in the theme’s you want to upgrade 3. push them back out and put in a pull request so they enter the main-sequence

Here are exemples :
With Espresso Libre theme <Screen Shot 2013-08-23 at 10.41.52 AM.png> Brackets should be in brown not green.
With Cobalt theme <Screen Shot 2013-08-23 at 10.42.22 AM.png> db should be in white not yellow, but at least braces and brackets are in light
