In the Markdown bundle, the Generate Output and Open Browser Command is bound to control shift o. So is Open Terminal. But instead of a menu showing both options, control shift o in a MultiMarkdown document opens an html version of that document in an external browser. Is there a way (other than browsing through the gear menu, or customizing the keybindings) to access the Open Terminal in a MultiMarkdown document? I would prefer to see a menu with both options, if both should reasonably be bound to the same key. Is this a scope issue?
