I'm not a graphic designer at all, but I came up with a quick & dirty mock-up for TextMate's icon. Do what you want with it.

I *do* wish they'd change the original one... with all due respect to the designer, I can't stand it!

i'm not a graphic designer at all but my pixadex lib is bigger than dom's one :D here is the same icon enhanced
how can the original icon be so ugly??????

Well, as TextMate is mostly used to *write*, not to *erase*, imho the pencil should not be upside down ;-)
