Is the functionality of Reformat Paragraph controlled by a bundle? Specifically, the way it autoindents lines after a * like this:
* Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo
I'd like this auto-indenting to occur after a - too.

No -- but a few bundles override it (reformat quoted text in mail, objective-c method signatures).

I added that to the hardcoded pattern. It’s not ideal (with a hardcoded pattern), but the part of the source which holds it, is rather self-contained and can’t really look-up preferences values ATM.
