How do you export a theme that you have created? I created a copy of blackboard, but even that copy will not show up in the themes folder of textmate. Any help would be appreciated.

Always copy themes/bundle items from inside TextMate.
If you only make a copy on disk, TextMate will see it as the same thing as the original, as it looks at the items UUID.
