I notice that the font size for comment in TM2 is much smaller than the rest of document. Is there a way to make the font size of comment the same?

The Theme bundle set the font size for quoted text and headings, but not comments.
Perhaps you played around with bundle settings and set this yourself?

Turns out that it's the Scala bundle I downloaded from
https://github.com/dmilith/scala.tmbundle
The font was set in the Settings/Comments section in the bundle.
