I've also noticed that when I'm working in a project, and I make a selection that requires horizontal scrolling and then switch back and forth between another tab, that TM forgets the scrollbar X, Y coordinates. For now I can hit Cmd-J, but it would be nice if I didn't have to refocus every time I switch between tabs.
