It should work fine out-of-the-box unless you messed with OakBundleItemsPopUpMenuKeyEquivalent.
Maybe some other thing is overriding the key? Try e.g. create a new user account and test it from there.

Just noticed I have the same problem (v. 1183). I don't know exactly when it started as I often use shortcuts or ctrl + cmd + T. Same with a new user account.
