I don't know if TM now sucks less for germans but when I press alt-shift-L to select the current line, I get a fl ligature character instead :-p.

Probably because you do not use the _default_ key bindings? ;)
Kind regards Allan

Right... that's a little bit of a problem I think, since I made a copy of the original into lib/app sup/TM/ ... so I have to merge them with each release or do the keys in the personal one just overshadow the other ones per key? The latter would be prefered I think... otherwise you might miss new hotkeys unless you keep your copy up-to-date.

Well, it's not really like I introduce 17 new keys with each beta ;)

No, because then in previous versions, Germans wouldn't have been able to remove the option-l key binding.
When I do an in-app key editor, I'll be sure only to store the differences though.
Kind regards Allan
On another note about selecting lines, would it be possible to include a modifier key so that you can press e.g. CTRL and then drag the mouse to select whole lines at a time? SubEthaEdit has this and it's really a timesaver.
