Revision 6390. Label completion is ok, citation completion fails silently. No problem with the same files I have used when I remove / Library/Application\ Support/TextMate, and put the environment.plist back in charge.
So, what happens when you type, in the terminal, "/usr/texbin/ kpsewhich"?
/usr/texbin/kpsewhich gives Missing argument. Try `kpsewhich --help' for more information.

Ok this means that /usr/texbin/kpsewhich is there. Question now is why TM can't see it. Can you also send me the contents of your /etc/ profile, and any other profile file like ~/.bash_profile that you may have?
