If anyone s doing any work on the CVS bundle... is there any chance you could add a 'Remove file' option?
I've had a look at it... but my Ruby is just not up to it.

Afraid the CVS bundle is pretty stale…
I've had a look at it... but my Ruby is just not up to it.
You could add such command in whatever language you feel comfortable with.
In the most simple case you can just put in the like you’d run from the shell and use "$TM_FILEPATH" as the filename -- of course for distribution, such command should come with a confirmation requester.
