I'm confused about the C++ bundle. I do not have a C++ bundle in my textmate installation. The closest thing I've got is Objective-C++, and extensive searching online does not reveal one. However the tone of all the list discussions of C++ that I've read through looking for a bundle link act like it's a non issue implying it's part of the install. Still I'm ending up with no authoritative link to a bundle. Are my bundles screwed up? Or can someone point me to the current and correct C++ bundle?
Not Make, not Objective-C++, but simply C++. There appears to be a 'C++ Qt', but I strongly hope that is not the current and correct C++ bundle. If it is someone needs a stern talking to.
Thanks, j

I think the C bundle supports both C and C++, but I don’t use either language, so no promises.
I don't have that bundle either, but I'll look for it and see.

The C bundle supports both C and C++ and is included in with TextMate. If you don't see it, you've probably filtered it out. Bundles > Bundle Editor > Show Bundle Editor, the click the “Filter List…” button.

Ah-ha, I thought you had me there, but nope. Checking under the bundle editor I have 'Show All' set and there is no C bundle. Perhaps I should reinstall? Or does it make more sense just to find and install the C bundle?
Thanks, j

Look at the bottom of the list, and you'll see a "Filter List..." button. Unless you've deleted the bundle, you should find it in that list.

Oh I see, I wasn't looking at the correct button. Now I see c and c++ options for the files, and there was much rejoicing.
Thanks for the help!

I think the 2 are integrated together. Objective-C / C++

I don't think so. C and C++ are handled by the C bundle. Open a new doc window press ^⇧⌥C, choose C++, and press ^⎋ - you'll see the C bundle items.
Objective C / C++ differ from C / C++ of course.
Cheers, --Hans
The C bundle has basic support (class, flow control and basic STL idioms) for C++.
I use TM for C++ all day everyday and would love to see a proper C++ bundle.

Yes I read that page, and it's ambiguous as to which or even if TextMate can do C++ syntax highlighting, also it seems to be discussing bundle implementation not bundle effect, and finally it's from 2005. Switching to Objective-C++ in a .h or .cpp file does not bring up any syntax highlighting, so it does not seem to understand C++.
