TextMate is opened with my session when I start my Mac. I would like that TextMate always automatically opens the same project when it starts. Is that possible?

You can put the project in your Login Items instead of TextMate.

One caveat -- if you are using ProjectPlus and you launch TextMate by opening a project, then you'll end up with the list of files in a drawer instead of in the sidebar. Closing and opening the project again solves the problem.
