Does anyone know if Textmate will still run on the MacBook Pro or iMac with the Intel Duo processor? I'm assuming it will run with Rosetta. Are there any plans for a Universal Binary for Textmate?
A google search for "textmate universal binary" produces as a first entry: http://macromates.com/blog/archives/2005/08/05/universal-binary-and- more/ In other words, TextMate has been universal for almost 6 months now.

if you do a "Get Info" in finder on your app, you should see something like:
Kind: Application (Universal)
That, of course means it will run on the new intel macs :)

For new threads USE THIS: textmate@lists.macromates.com (threading gets destroyed and the universe will collapse if you don't) http://lists.macromates.com/mailman/listinfo/textmate

That depends on which version of Tiger you are running. In 10.4.2, you will not see any such message. This was discussed a week ago: http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.editors.textmate.general/7765
