If I have a long line, most often in a Markdown file, the empty space on the gutter is being highlighted for physical lines rather than the logical line number.
In the attached screenshot, I would have expected the line number 23 to have been highlighted. Instead, a blank space on the gutter has been.

This is intentional as the highligth serves to show where the caret is.
