Now that TextMate is at version 2.0 could I ask what the status of the Bundle editor is ? A lot of functionality that was available in v1.x is missing — for example:
(1) Moving an item from Other Actions to Menu Actions (eg BibDesk Completion) (2) Moving items within a menu (3) Creating submenus (5) Deleting an item (6) Inserting a separator in a menu

This is a fair question but I’m sorry to disappoint here, as I decided to forego a proper bundle editor for 2.0, as I simply couldn’t find the motivation to work on this.
Creating specialized UI is time consuming and generally not very re-usable, therefore I wanted to have a proper design for how to structure a new bundle editor rather than patch up the existing editor (adding drag’n’drop etc.), but I still haven’t come up with how I want to structure things.
Right now I am working on the main text editing component, while not being in as bad a state as the bundle editor, I think this work will have a much wider impact, so that’s where my resources are currently spent, but the bundle editor is without a doubt one of the components I feel need the most attention, so I do hope to find the time to address it.
(5) Deleting an item
This one can be done with Edit → Delete (⌘⌫).
