Is it possible to get TextMate to always capitalise after a full stop and a space (therefore the start of new sentences)?

I’m drawing a blank, but perhaps a third party tool like TextExpander, TypeIt4Me, or Typinator can do this.
TextExpander does it. But enabling it also means the first word of a paragraph is also made Titlecase, which interferes with coding
