I haven't seen this reported before, but when I fetch a post in the blogging bundle (from wordpress 1.5), the top of the file has this:
2006-07-01 20:23:44.729 CocoaDialog[17281] InputManagersManager startup 2006-07-01 20:23:49.061 CocoaDialog[17282] InputManagersManager startup Type: Blog Post (HTML)
which is gonna break things, no?

There is a troubleshooting page at the wiki [1] which mentions it :)

That's odd, I wrote a program named InputManagersManager, but did not release it yet... But then again it is an obvious name. If you find out where it came from please let me know.

Didn’t the first versions of TmCodeBrowser rely on it?
That sounds right. It may also be used by some Safari Input Manager hacks like Saft or Pith Helmet.
