I hardly use the project drawer. I always us ctrl-t to search for the file name I want. It's far faster when you know what you are looking for.

That's a good tip, thanks.
Unfortunately, with a large project, most of the time I don't know what I'm looking for. I need to browse the project's structure in order to find it.
I still adore TextMate, and use it for Ruby or Perl scripting or one off work, but for large projects I've switched to NetBeans. It's not nearly so Aqua-fied, but it does the job.
