In my projects I have many 'todo.txt' and 'readme.txt' files. I cannot from the title be sure which file I am looking at. It would help if I could see where its located in the project by just looking at the window title.
Thanks :-)

I think it's regular Cocoa style to display only the file-name, and then a proxy icon. Although, I admit that I have a similar problem at work where I need to hover over the tab-bar to see the full path.

I would heartily second this. I think in the ctrl - T open file dialog it shows the folder beside the filename, which would be good enough for me. There just has to be some way to easily see what file you are editing.

I have said in the past that I will look into showing the folder when multiple files share the same name (as ⌘T does) -- this is however a 2.x thing (well, most new features are ;) )

I see. Thanks and congrats :-)

Are you aware that you can command-click on the window title and see the directory path? And, as an added bonus, select an item in that path so you can qo quickly to a specific folder? Or are you looking for a more quick glance with a workflow interruption solution?
