In 2.0 alpha, the "Anti alias" option is gone. Please keep it. I am one of those unlucky people who cannot work long in front of anti alias fonts (probably before there is a retina display Macbook).
Almost all of the options are gone. It's alpha. Allan's explained in the announcement post that the .tm_properties file will be used in the interim to avoid constantly rebuilding the preferences interface. Relax. If you can't work with AA fonts go back to TM1.5. It'll be back in before release.
It's not available on http://wiki.macromates.com/Reference/Settings http://wiki.macromates.com/Reference/Settings yet.
Any chance there is a fontAntiAlias parameter in the future?
