Anyone else having any problems with this? I press Ctrl-Shift-T and get a beep and no tool-tip :(

Doesn't work for me in b14 either - have tried in R, markdown and latex syntaxes. Can't see any messages in console.

Do you have the Language Definition bundle? If not, try Window -> Show Bundle Editor -> Change Filtering…
