From the paste it looks like it doesn’t even launch the actual typesetting script. Could you logon to IRC (##textmate on freenode.net)? The easiest way to debug this is to insert some debug output in the typeset command to figure out how far the process actually gets, or more likely, why it doesn’t actually run anything.
