I had occasion once to increase the font size of the the text window with command +. However, after returning the font size to normal with command -, every time I open a new window it is in the increased font size. I have tried restarting TM with the fonts at the desired size but the problem persists. Is there anyway that I can stop this effect? Thanks very much.
All the best, Mark
Have you tried changing Preferences -> Fonts & Colors?

D'oh. That worked. Still, it is curious that increasing the size with command + will affect the setting in the preferences but decreasing the size with command - doesn't. Seems like a bug to me...
Thanks.

Not for me. If I change the font size, save the file or not, and then I open a new doc I'll get a doc with the default font size coming from the preferences. What version and Mac OS do you are using?

Hmm, this is weird. I use 10.5.4 (ppc) and TM 1.5.7 (1466) (?) --Hans
