Hi,
After upgrading to Snow Leoperd, the shortcut Shift-Cmd- Left (or Right) Arrow, that would select a part of the line, stopped working.
How can I fix this?

Are you using a recent version of TextMate?
Apple changed the actions sent for these keys, but we addressed that in r1589 or earlier.
