Hello
With OS X 10.5.5, I try to use "Edit In Textmate" but without success. ( I try this :--> http://blog.macromates.com/2007/inputmanagers-on-leopard/ )
Is it possible to install this function with OSX 10.5.5 ?
A lot of cocoa applications give the possibilty to use the Apple Services like for example "TextEdit" I would like to know why TM does not give the possibility of using the Services.
Thanks
Alain Matthes
Instead of using those possibly outdate instructions, have you tried doing: 1. Open TextMate 2. Bundles -> TextMate -> Install "Edit in TextMate"...
This has worked for me and I'm also using 10.5.5
Cheers, Chris

Hi
After a new install and with the instructions here

no problem
And the quicklook.tmplugin works too !

I think "Edit in TextMate" was on the Services menu when I first started using it, but it was changed to an Input Manger. Maybe because the Edit menu is easier to get to? Anyone remember?

The problem with the service was that it had to stall the calling program while TextMate was editing the text, so not very practical.
