I think the title explains it all. Instead of having to do APPLE + TAB, I would just like to be able to highlight text and use the TAB key on it's own to indent my text.
I guess this shortcut must be listed somewhere (APPLE + TAB). In future, how can I find it so I can change it?
Thanks for any help offered.

TM-help says in 16.3 (searched for shortcuts -- otherwise http://macromates.com/textmate/manual/key_bindings helps, too) that the text-move-stuff is OS X-prebound stuff. And there is also some info about what the standard-keybindings are and how to to some other advanced keybind-stuff

Thanks for your quick reply Niels and for pointing me in the direction.
Seems pretty heavy, I downloaded Menu Master, but that really is just for Menu Shortcuts...
Otherwise, I tried opening up this file: /System/Library/Frameworks/AppKit.framework/Resources/StandardKeyBinding.dict
But I can't figure out how to change a shortcut, and wouldn't really want to mess with something that would change a Key Command for my OS. I just want to change it for this app (textmate).
Well, perhaps I shall give in. Configuring textmate seems quite painful at times, Homesite was so much easier :)
Thanks again for your reply.

With alt+tab you want to re-configure something which is a system- wide thingy from OS X not from TM - I guess that Homesite didn't even give any tip how to change that…

Yes, you are right there, Dreamweaver seems to manage it on the Mac though, I guess it uses it's own Keyboard commands and overrrides the OS X ones.
Thanks for your help.

You mean option-tab (⌥⇥) right?
Changing shift left to just tab will make the tab key useless in other contexts, so this is likely not a desired change (in the future it will be possible to change keys only for when there is a selection etc.)
Yes, you are absolutely right Alan. It would need to be specific to when you have highlighted text. This would complicate the use of the TAB otherwise. I look forward to seeing it implemented eventually.
And yes, I did mean option + tab sorry!
Thanks for the reply.
