I see the same thing. This appears on the particular page you link to. It doesn't happen on the blog homepage or other entry pages that I have tried.
A look at the page code of that particular page (in TextMate of course and using the Tidy command and playing with the folding markers) shows that there is a stray </div> before the sidebar code. Should be easy to fix.
