Sorry but I removed the bundle "source" . I had never seen the utility of this bundle.

I think the comment line / selection command is bound to ⌘/ anyway. Not ⌘⇧/.

Why do not put these commands in the main menu ( for example in text) ?

Well, it's probably better to leave these commands as scripts than to build them into TextMate. It would be nice if the critical bundles like this (and the Text and TextMate bundles) were harder to remove.
