I think this might be a useful preference/fix.. lots of times I open scratch documents in TxMt to copy and pasted into my web browser. I'd rather it was just turned off for the "Untitled" documents, or possibly even documents outside a project scope.

Yes, for untitled/unsaved documents it wold be great. (Aren't those the same thing?)

I read it, and have also commented on the issue on this list before. It will happen, but it's not on the immediate to-do list.
