Hey guys, I came across this question, how can I set up language and grammar preference in TM2. It's a sort of boring thing every time I start TM I need to set up it again to Latex and British english. So, setting up in the preferences panel doesn't seem to work.

What version are you using? The update from 2012-08-26 will save your choice (from Edit → Spelling menu) in ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Global.tmProperties automatically.
