Will everyone who reads this message please stand up and give a round of applause for Allan.
Allan, you are now hearing the sound of lots and lots of satisfied customers. Programmers don't often hear this so please enjoy it.
Now, everyone get back to work.

I'm not sure he heard me, but I did it. ;-)
I cannot imagine a work day without TextMate. I'm happy that in this wonderfully imperfect world I can choose to use such a well designed and well written tool. Thanks Allan!

My thoughts exactly. I'm quite sure I could not live without TextMate.

Yes, but can you imagine a day without work?
... just a dose of some daily self reflections ... and don't forget to groom the rock garden.

Woooooooooooohoooooooooooooooo!! Haaaaaaaaa!!! Clap!!! Clap!!! Clap!!!
Brilliant!!
I can't begin to describe how TextMate has changed my habits. I'm now a spoilt kid, criticising every editor I see. Again, I must thank Allan for helping me buy TextMate, thanks to that link on the irc, if you remember ;)
Thank you Indranil
Seems like my applause has woken up a few people, as it is 1 am in here. Oops!
When i first got back into textmate a few months ago i regularly did embarrassing little jigs of delight when I found a new facet of wonderfulness in the app.
Over the months I have become more and more delighted with this app and the developer who created it. Because of this app I have come to understand the unix shell pretty well. I have learned some of the more advanced regex stuff. I have been able to satisfy my insane need for customization and syntax color theming as well.
he's even added at least three of my suggestions to the app. (zoom out past 9px, syntax color interaction & something I forget now)
The last time I was to thrilled with software was when I first booted up mac os x. (this is truly a monumental statement, trust me)
I know it's sick, but I actually enjoy using this app. (oniguruma for me!!!) I enjoy it more than I have ever enjoyed any video game or toy (even legos).
Thanks a lot guys for your moral (and financial) support -- you've actually managed to make me slightly embarrassed! :)
