I am using TextMate Version 1.5.1 (961). Just noticed that a number of built in keybindings no longer work. None of keybindings for Text:Convert:to Uppercase, to Lowercase, etc. work (though selecting the commands from the menu does). Autocompletion doesn't work either. :(
Any ideas about how to diagnose what is going on?
Thanks in advance. All the best, Mark _________________ Mark Eli Kalderon Department of Philosophy University College London Gower Street London WC1E 6BT

Did you create a KeyBindings.dict in ~/Library/Application Support/ TextMate?
What happens if you press the keys (beep, insertion of special character, etc.)?

There is a KeyBindings.dict there, yes. Is this created automatically when you assign a keybinding to a command in the Bundle Editor?

There is one strange thing. When I first noticed this, one of the the Text:Convert commands (control-U, control-shift-U, I can't remember which) displayed a tooltip with an error about grep. But now, literally nothing happens.

It is not, no. And it serves no point other than override the default key bindings. So try remove it and relaunch TextMate.

That did it. Great, thanks. :)
